REPELLING BATS WITH THE TRANSONIC PRO
| Control: | Setting: |
| SOUND PATTERN: | C |
| SOUND FREQUENCY: | QUIET |
BATS navigate by using the inherent sonar they are born with. They use their own ultrasonic echoes to find food as well as landing sites. They usually live in small dark, often inaccessible openings under eaves, in roofs and buildings.
These roosting sites or nests are often difficult to reach and to deal with. By placing TRANSONIC under eaves radiating upward to the bat roosting sites, or by placing the TRANSONIC in an attic next to the wall where the Bats are nesting, TRANSONIC will effectively jam the bat's sonar causing confusion and disorientation. They will not be able to tolerate this noise and will leave within a few days. Keep TRANSONIC running from late night to dawn in order to allow the bats to leave at dusk, but to prevent them from returning. Repeat this procedure for at least 1 week; then keep TRANSONIC on from early evening, all night through to dawn to keep the bats away permanently.
